What you'll own
- Building and maintaining relationships with attorneys, law firms, and legal professionals.
- Working with hiring partners and recruiting teams to understand hiring needs.
- Identifying and approaching qualified attorney candidates using Patexia's proprietary database and tools.
- Managing the full recruiting lifecycle from outreach through placement.
- Conducting candidate screening, qualification, and opportunity presentation.
- Providing market insight and strategic guidance to candidates and clients.
- Developing long-term relationships in the legal market and shaping recruiting strategy with leadership.

Compensation
