Run data-backed lateral recruiting on the Lateral Compass team — matching attorneys and firms on proven performance and real case history.

What you'll own

  • Building and maintaining relationships with attorneys, law firms, and legal professionals.
  • Working with hiring partners and recruiting teams to understand hiring needs.
  • Identifying and approaching qualified attorney candidates using Patexia's proprietary database and tools.
  • Managing the full recruiting lifecycle from outreach through placement.
  • Conducting candidate screening, qualification, and opportunity presentation.
  • Providing market insight and strategic guidance to candidates and clients.
  • Developing long-term relationships in the legal market and shaping recruiting strategy with leadership.

  • A strong network and instincts in the legal market; DC-market experience is a plus.

Compensation

Competitive base plus above-market commission.
