What you'll own
- Automating attorney and law-firm data collection and cleanup, and building Claude skills on top of Patexia data.
- Keeping HubSpot data clean — de-duplicating and refreshing stale records with current firm/prospect and Patexia/LexDana data.
- Building dashboards and reports for each department.
- Monitoring analytics and web traffic, flagging crawlers and bots, and running technical-SEO audits of the sites and the production platform.
- Automating other legacy manual processes as they surface, working with each team.

- AI-native — you build with LLMs and automation as your default, not an afterthought.
- Strong ownership: you find the manual work and eliminate it.
- Comfort across data, CRM, analytics, and light scripting.
Compensation
