- 14,197 attorneys, including local counsel, appeared on behalf of litigants, highlighting the extensive legal workforce engaged in patent enforcement and defense.
The report centers on comprehensive rankings of the top 1,000 attorneys, law firms, and companies in patent litigation, measured by activity, success, and overall performance. By separating rankings across plaintiff, defendant, and overall roles, the analysis offers actionable insights into litigation strategies and identifies the most influential participants across the patent ecosystem.
